Our first project in Canada. Located to the North of Toronto this incredible piece of land has the potential to be one of the very best courses in the Country. Engaged in 2024 we have been working through routing options during winter with the aim of finalising potential layouts in the first half of 2025 and starting clearing later in the year. Located on a high escarpment close to the lake district in Muskoka the site is one of the prettiest we’ve encountered, The course winds its way through some steep, dramatic parts of the property with beautiful rocky outcroppings, white pines and a series of lakes.
